Position Purpose
- The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 12 months.
Position Outputs
Task Execution
- Perform routine operational tasks under supervision.
- Assist in specific projects within a department or work-stream.
- Support administrative functions, including documentation and reporting.
Learning & Development
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain practical insights.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Engage in problem-solving activities to develop analytical skills.
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand business needs.
- Serve as a central contact point for queries and assistance.
Research & Analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Conduct market research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Matric certificate. B Eng Tech/S4-S5 Completed all theoretical coursework in the following disciplines: Electronics/Electrical (Heavy Current)/Mechanical/ Civil/Industrial/Physical Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering.
- No bursary obligation with another company.
- Proof of certified Matric certificate, Academic Record and ID.
- Age between 18- 35.
