Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Make suggestions for improvements
- Timeously prepare samples for meetings
- Ensure consistent approach to admin within the department
- ystems, processes and general administration:
Sample control:
- Maintain fit rails
- Maintain an organised archive area
- Co-ordinate the movement of samples between departments
- Ensure samples are provided to the relevant parties timeously (Supplier, Buyer, and Quality Assurance)
About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Competencies Technical:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

- Matric
