Programme Purpose:

The CAPACITI - IT Demand Learnership Programmes 2025 (JHB) is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge required to thrive in the tech industry. This Learnership Programme will cover topics in either one of the following IT Streams:
IT Support
AI | Machine Learning

About You:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Able to attend full-time Monday to Friday (08 :00 – 17 :00) and commit to the full 12-month IT Learnership Programme and commit to completing it.
Between the ages of 18 - 34 years old.
No criminal record and a clear credit history.
Experience and qualifications in IT fundamentals (advantageous). No prior work experience needed.
Provide your academic record and certificate of highest academic achievement.
Completed NQF level 5 or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well in a team and independently.
Be unemployed at the time of application.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (Hardware, Software, Networking).
Must be an EE candidate, and preference will be given to PWD candidates (People with Disabilities).
South African nationality (born citizenship).
