- A vacancy is available in the Future Toyota Department, located in Johannesburg (on-site). This position reports to the Senior Manager of Future Toyota Systems and focuses on the administration and management of a team responsible for developing and overseeing Fleet and Hino systems. The role involves active collaboration with teams focused on Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Customer Service, and Connected Systems. The candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams across TSAM and the dealer network. Therefore, strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Coordinate the process of finding resolutions to live system issues
- Self-management and leadership development
- Lead the delivery of technology and digitisation initiatives for the various departments and the dealer network.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring adequate resource allocation and on-time delivery in line with the business specification.
- Managing Projects
- Engagement with dealers and management of dealer-related activities for Fleet and Hino systems
- Understanding of Systems Development and Maintenance
- Create and maintain an environment that encourages collaboration and alignment between various divisions in the Sales & Marketing Group.
- Manage system integration.
- Managing vendors
- Preparation of documents and schedules
- Overseeing and guiding a team of business technology professionals, monitoring their work, and ensuring clear priorities and goals for the team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- NQF Level 7 – (360 credits – 8 level framework)
- BSc Information Science (Advantage)
- BCom Information Systems (Advantage)
- BSc Computer Science (Advantage)
- BCom Information Technology Management (Advantage)
- Project Management
- PC Literacy (MS Office - Advanced, SQL, e-Toyota ONE (Advantage)
- Experience within the automotive dealer environment (Sales and/or Service) (Preferable)
