Job Description

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webchat queries. You’ll assist customers with billing, SIM cards, and product-related issues—resolving queries quickly and professionally.

  • Investigate and resolve account and product issues.
  • Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of our products and services. 
  • Log and update customer information accurately.
  • Deliver friendly, consistent, and high-quality service.
  • Meet response and resolution time targets.
  • Collaborate respectfully with team members and other departments.
  • Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms (calls, WhatsApp, webchat, email).

About You:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business and webchat platforms
  • 1 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Telco environment. 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Matric certificate
  • Basic understanding of retail and Telco account servicing
