Job Description
- As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll assist customers with queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and webchat. You’ll resolve issues related to billing, SIM cards, and products—providing fast, friendly, and accurate support.

About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Basic understanding of retail accounts process.
- 1 year or more experience in a call centre customer support role
- Computer literate
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA)
