Job Purpose:
- Exposure to a theoretical learning with a practical workplace experience.
- To provide structural work-based learning on a rotational basis amongst various departments within the business.
- Leading to a recognized qualification as well as skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ideally no previous professional work experience.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain on job knowledge.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and administrative support, not limited to;
- General administration
- Answering and operating the call system
- Boardroom coordination and upkeep
- Filing/sorting
- Coordination of travel bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Job Context
- An exposure on the work-based learning program that combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience, leading to a formal qualification.

About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Computer proficiency/ literacy
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled with SETA funded programmes
- Committed to the full duration of the programme
- Matric or Grade12
