About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Level 4: Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) and National Cert level 4 GET Certificate Services
The Appointee should:
- Clear security screening record.
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
- Advantageous Qualifications:
- Level 5: Higher Certificates and Advanced National Cert Higher Certificates and Advanced National Vocational Certificates Business, Commerce and Management Studies
Additional Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position, experience with the specific business area advantageous
- NQF 5 (Higher Certificate) or NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, type and maintain personnel records by capturing data for employees, such as personal particulars, earnings, absenteeism and movements within the Operation.
- Manage and respond to special requests on an ad hoc basis, as and when requested.
- Awareness of customer service and apply the skills of customer care in a specific work environment.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources legislation.
- Ability to multi-task within the department.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Maxxess and Symplexity).
